Pickup is available from hotels and selected accommodations in Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cabeza de Toro, and Uvero Alto. Guests should wait in the main hotel lobby or designated pickup area at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. For Airbnbs, villas, or private residences, pickup will be arranged from the nearest accessible meeting point. Transportation may be provided by van, minibus, bus, or safari truck depending on the activity and group size. Exact pickup times and instructions for both activities will be confirmed after booking via WhatsApp or email.

- Drivers for the buggy tour must be at least 18 years old. Participants may get wet, muddy, or dusty during the off-road experience. The Saona Island excursion includes beach and boat activities, so swimwear and a towel are recommended.
- The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather or operational conditions. Not recommended for pregnant travelers or guests with serious back, neck, or mobility conditions.
